Homemade Parotta and Chicken Kabob


Ingredients: Pure ghee, Chicken, Flour, Oil, Chicken massala, Banana, Eggs, Milk

Parotta
Put 1 kg (wheat) flour in a bowl.
Add ½ tsp salt.
Add 3 (heaping) tsp. of ghee.
Mix with fingers. ;)
Add 2 bananas.
Mash and mix.
Add 2 eggs.
Take one big cup of milk.
Add how much is needed to moisten the dough.
Separate dough into four rolls.
Add milk as needed to each roll.
Knead milk into rolls.
Leave for 5-10 minutes.
Put a little oil on each roll.
Roll them into flat circles.
Cut them into small strips.
Pile 3-4 strips.
Roll into round things.
 Roll out round things into flat circles.
Oil flat pan.
Flip flat circles in heated pan for 1 minute.
Stack cooked parottas on a plate.
Enjoy. :)

Chicken Kabob
Put 1 kg chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste.
Add ½ tsp. salt.
Add 50 g. chicken massala.
Mix with fingers. ;)


Leave 5-10 minutes.
Add one egg.
Leave.
Put oil in pot on stove.
Heat 5-10 minutes.
Make oil hot.
Put chicken pieces in oil one at a time.
Cook until done.

Final Product--Delicious! :)
