Parotta
Put
1 kg (wheat) flour in a bowl.
Add
½ tsp salt.
Add
3 (heaping) tsp. of ghee.
Mix
with fingers. ;)
Add
2 bananas.
Mash
and mix.
Add
2 eggs.
Take
one big cup of milk.
Add
how much is needed to moisten the dough.
Add
milk as needed to each roll.
Knead
milk into rolls.
Leave
for 5-10 minutes.
Put
a little oil on each roll.
Roll
them into flat circles.
Cut
them into small strips.
Pile
3-4 strips.
Roll into round things.
Roll
out round things into flat circles.
Oil
flat pan.
Flip
flat circles in heated pan for 1 minute.
Stack
cooked parottas on a plate.
Enjoy. :)
Chicken Kabob
Put
1 kg chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste.
Add
½ tsp. salt.
Add
50 g. chicken massala.
Mix
with fingers. ;)
Leave
5-10 minutes.
Add
one egg.
Leave.
Put
oil in pot on stove.
Heat
5-10 minutes.
Make
oil hot.
Put
chicken pieces in oil one at a time.
Cook
until done.
Final Product--Delicious! :)
